Garden Lounge opening times

During the winter season:

From 9:00am until 6:00pm

Outside of the winter season:

From 9:00am until 5:00pm

The New Otani Club Lounge

  • Entrance to the New Otani Club Lounge is free for current New Otani Club members

  • Each New Otani Club member can be accompanied by up to other two guests into the Lounge

  • Children under 13 years old are not admitted

  • Smoking is not allowed in the Lounge area

  • Drinks - hot coffee, herb tea, mineral water, sparkling water

  • Sweets

  • Newspapers

  • 4K television

  • Desktop computer and printer
