NASPA New Otani is just a few minutes from the Yuzawa IC (Interchange) exit of the Kanetsu Expressway (toll road).

Getting to NASPA from Yuzawa IC

Turn right onto Route 17 at the Yuzawa IC exit traffic lights. After a few hundred metres, turn left at the second set of traffic lights (where there is a large NASPA sign on the left hand side of the road). At the top of that road, turn left to head up to NASPA New Otani. There are four car parks at the resort and parking is free.

  • In the winter season, it can be very dangerous for unfamiliar drivers to drive on snow-covered roads.

  • Note that the Kanetsu Expressway is sometimes closed to traffic during very heavy snow conditions.
