Fill out the registration form with the necessary details. If you need assistance please ask a member of staff.

Go to the counter marked (2) where staff will confirm the details and ask for payment. You can make payment by cash or charge to your room if you are staying at NASPA New Otani hotel. If you have a Rental Voucher or any other kind of voucher, please show the staff at this time.

If you are renting ski wear, please choose from the available selection.

You can try on ski wear in the curtained areas nearby.

If you are renting ski boots, please next go to the boots counter market (3). At this counter, staff will provide you with the correct size boots for you to try on. Ski boots should be quite tight fitting - but not too tight that they hurt! If you need any assistance with boot fitting, please ask a member of staff.

If you are renting skis, please next go to the area market (4) and (5). Adults can pick skis from the available selection in the area marked (4). Generally you might want to choose skis that are about 10cm less than your body height.

Once you have chosen your skis, please take them to get bindings fitted at the counter marked (5). Children should go directly to counter (5) where staff will provide the correct skis and fit the bindings.

If you are renting ski poles, staff will assist you at counter (5).

You can use the small lockers provided if required - they cost 100 yen. Free ski lockers are available for NASPA New Otani hotel guests in the main Ski Center building.

When you finish using the equipment, please return it to this building. Take the ski boots and ski wear to the Boots Counter. Place your skis in the return area by the entrance or give them to one of our staff. Be sure to put the Return Card in the box on the Boots Counter.
