NASPA Shuttle Bus

A regular shuttle bus service from the West Exit of Echigo Yuzawa Station to NASPA New Otani is available throughout the year. After passing through the ticket gates, turn left to see the West Exit of the station. The bus ride from the station to NASPA takes just a few minutes.

These is no specific NASPA bus stop sign at the rotary
Reservations to use the bus are not required
The NASPA shuttle bus is free for guests
The blue buses have the NASPA logo sign on them
When the bus arrives at rotary, simply enter!
It takes just a few minutes to get to the hotel from the station
Taxis are also available from the station (taxi charges apply)
There is a steep incline on the way up to the hotel from the station and so walking is not recommended
