Sunday 31st March was the last day of the ski season at NASPA Ski Garden.
After some worries about snowfall during February, we got lots of it in March and the ski area could remain open as planned.
Thank you to everyone who visited and look forward to welcoming you again next ski season.
With snowfall overnight the ski area is preparing for an opening on Sunday 24th December.
As we approach the summer season in Yuzawa, no doubt some of us are already thinking about the upcoming 2023-2024 winter season.

NASPA Ski Garden was hoping to open for the 2022-2023 season on 23rd December 2022.

We enjoyed some beautiful blue skies yesterday morning as you can see on this photo. This season we have received a large amount of snow in December and January. Lets hope that regular snowfall continues through this month and into March.
NASPA Ski Garden is open every day. When you arrive there is a simple temperature check, and we ask that face coverings be worn as we all try to help with the coronavirus sitatuation. Currently all courses at the ski area are available on weekends and all courses apart from C are open on weekdays.
If you are able to visit, we look forward to welcoming you with friendly faces! If you are unfortunately not able to visit us right now, we are looking forward to the day when we will see you again.

NASPA Ski Garden is now open!
All of the ski lifts are operating and the C, F, G and H courses are currently open.
Good morning all.
Snow is falling at higher elevations in Yuzawa town this morning and there is a real feeling of winter fast approaching. NASPA Ski Garden plans to open from Friday 20th December.
If you visit NASPA right now, as you enter the hotel you can't help but notice the beautiful 7m tall Christmas tree on display in the Garden Lounge on the Lobby Floor. Photos don't do it justice!

The last 4 days has seen a very large amount of snow fall in Yuzawa and on the slopes of NASPA Ski Garden.
It means we can end the year and start 2019 with some excellent snow conditions and the ski hill full open.
