Sunday 31st March was the last day of the ski season at NASPA Ski Garden.
After some worries about snowfall during February, we got lots of it in March and the ski area could remain open as planned.
Thank you to everyone who visited and look forward to welcoming you again next ski season.
With snowfall overnight the ski area is preparing for an opening on Sunday 24th December.
As we approach the summer season in Yuzawa, no doubt some of us are already thinking about the upcoming 2023-2024 winter season.

The snow season may be over at NASPA, but that means we can now look forward to comfortable spring weather and various activities and events throughout the ‘green season’.

We often enjoy fine weather during the month of May. Temperatures will be rising over the next few months until we get to enjoy the summer period. During that period, NASPA offers a variety of special activities to enjoy - and some to help you cool down too!

After a very snowy and good winter season for the ski area, the snow is now melting and spring has arrived with some warm temperatures.
NASPA New Otani is offering various activities and events for the Golden Week holiday period from 29th April until 8th May.
Snow has arrived in Yuzawa!
More snow is the way over the coming weekend, which also happens to be when NASPA Ski Garden plans to open for the 2021-2022 winter season.
This winter NASPA is celebrating it’s 30th anniversary. We hope to see some of you this coming winter.
For those of you unable to visit us just yet - stay safe, and we of course look forward to the day when we can welcome you again… hopefully in the near future.
A new indoor attraction is now open at NASPA New Otani!
Located mainly in the Ski Center building adjoining the main hotel, there’s some new experiences to be had including an exciting VR experience, Zombie Room and Lazer Maze!
